If you are planning your celebration independently but you would like us to be there on the day to execute your carefully prepared plan to perfection...
So you found your venue and all of your suppliers (good work), the hard part is done, but wait! Who will make sure the day runs to your very well prepared plan? You will be busy celebrating and your guests should be there to enjoy and share in the magic of the day. You can leave the rest to us! Our on-the-day coordination will begin 2 weeks before your big day, you hand over EVERYTHING to us and we will take over from there.
We will run through your timeline with you to ensure everything works well in our professional opinion, from there we will communicate with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the right page in preparation for the event day. Your dedicated event coordinator will be there on your wedding day from beginning to end (or shortly after the party begins) to oversee a flawless event and be the main point of contact for you, your guests and all suppliers.
Initial consultation to discuss your ideas
A pre-wedding planning meeting 2 weeks before your wedding date- You will give us all the details for your chosen providers along with the contracts you have agreed. We will then become their primary point of contact and liaise with your suppliers in advance to coordinate set up and collection times, logistical planning and the full event day schedule.
Advising on final schedule timings
We will be in touch with all of your suppliers 2 weeks in advance to ensure everyone has their final itinerary and we are all on the same page.
Day of coordination
We will receive your suppliers on the day and ensure everyone carries out their tasks according to what has been previously agreed. We can settle any balance payments on your behalf to avoid you having to meet all the contractors the morning of the celebration, so you can focus on relaxing and fully enjoying your day.
Transportation for guests and wedding party – logistics and coordination
We will coordinate the transport to the venue, ensuring guests and bridal party arrive to the church on-time and after the ceremony we will coordinate the transport and ensure nothing has been left at the church.
Your support on the day
Your on the day planner will be there to take care of everything and oversee all the last minute details together with the venue and contractors before guests arrive. Throughout the day your planner will ensure everything is seamless and runs according to plan, all you have to worry about is having as much fun as possible!
